RSVP to Your Invitation

Every Launch Experience starts with a in person gathering. There’s no program cost to participate. All we’re asking is for those invited to cover their travel and basic lodging expenses, and be an active member of the community.

Stay engaged, complete the course, and be willing to continue in community with like-minded peers as we look for ways to Build, Invest, and Give together.

When do I need to RSVP?
Registration closes 30 days prior to the event.
What is included in the registration fee?
All programming, materials, and meals are included in the registration fee. Guests are responsible for travel and lodging at the hotel.
What is the schedule for the conference?
Here is a general schedule for the conference. Please note, this is subject to change.

Day 1
  • 2 – 3 p.m. Registration
  • 3 – 4:30 p.m. Welcome/Session 1
  • 5:45 p.m. Dinner
  • 7 p.m. Session 2
  • 8:30 p.m. Dessert Reception
Day 2
  • 7:30-8:30 a.m. Breakfast
  • 8:30 a.m. Session 3
  • 10 a.m. Break
  • 10:30 a.m. Session 4
  • 12 p.m. Lunch
  • 1:30-2:30 p.m. Session 5
  • 2:30 to 5:30 p.m. Afternoon Break (tour Museum of the Bible in DC; will change by location)
  • 5:45p.m. Dinner
  • 7 p.m. Session 7
Day 3
  • 7:30-8:30 a.m. Breakfast
  • 8:30 a.m. Prayer
  • 9 a.m. Session 8
  • 10:30 a.m. Break
  • 11:00 a.m. Closing Session
What is the conference attire?
Recommended dress for the general sessions and meals is business casual. Remember that meeting room temperatures are often quite cold at most hotels. You may want to bring a sweater or jacket so that you are comfortable.
