About SWGP Giving Funds
Learn what SWGP Giving Funds are and why they exist
What makes SWGP Giving Funds different?
You can see some of the unique things above about the approach with Data, Research, Community, Content, Communications. At the core, SWGP funds combine the power of focused, collaborative capital with an engaged community of givers. Fund Supporters don’t just give – they become part of a network of peers actively learning and growing together.
Why add Fund Management to Content and Community?
Inspiration without action falls short. Our roots lie at the intersection of fund management, content, and community—bringing together expertise from Sovereign’s Capital and RightNow Media. After years of engaging top investors, the Faith Driven community has asked us to step up, turning inspiration into meaningful, accessible action.
Is this a new approach to solving problems?
Yes, these funds are both new and building on proven success. Collaborative efforts like IllumiNations is demonstrating the power of focused capital, potentially completing Bible translation within the next decade through collaborative funding. We’re about supporting these existing groups along with launching new ones. We’re applying these proven models with our community of givers and investors who want to accelerate solutions together.
Will you partner with other funds?
Absolutely. We believe in collaboration, not competition. There are incredible Collective Impact Alliances already working in areas like Bible Translation and Evangelism, and we want to amplify and accelerate their efforts.
What is the role of prayer at SWGP Giving Funds?
Prayer isn’t optional—it’s foundational. We don’t rely on human wisdom alone. Every investment committee, Fund Manager, and advisor is chosen for both their expertise and their commitment to prayer, ensuring we steward God’s resources with discernment.
How the Funds Work
Understand how funds are structured, managed, and the impact they create
What are “Funds” and where are they held?
The SWGP Funds are Donor Advised Funds held at TrustBridge Global, a long-time trusted partner of Faith Driven that excels at managing and distributing funds in various forms both domestically and globally.
How are the funds structured?
Each fund operates independently as its own Donor Advised Fund, with its own thesis, timeline and Investment Committee. While done in partnership with the ministry of Solving the World’s Greatest Problems, it functions as an independent fund led by its Investment Committee as they approve strategies for the fund to allocate, through giving and investing opportunities. All share our commitment to accelerating proven solutions. Fund Supporters can give into multiple funds based on their interests and capacity.
Who makes the allocation decisions?
Each fund has a Fund Manager who recommends allocations to an Investment Committee.
Do fund managers give to projects or invest in companies?
Both. While the majority of funds will give charitable capital, Fund Managers can also recommend for-profit investments when it’s the best way to solve a problem. All returns flow back into the fund for future giving and reinvestment—creating a self-sustaining engine for impact.
How will I know the impact of the funds?
Fund supporters who choose to give as named donors receive updates on their contributions, including detailed information about how and where their funds are deployed. These updates show the tangible difference their contributions are making and the lives being transformed through each fund.
Giving & Getting Involved
How do I get started?
There are many ways to get started, depending on your needs. You can join the SWGP community by taking the SWGP Foundations Course, attending a SWGP Event or SWGP Conference or by donating to a Fund.
Can I participate in SWGP without giving?
Absolutely! While the Funds provide a way to participate, our Content and Community isn’t limited to donors. You can engage through joining the Foundations Course, attending the SWGP Conference, listening to the podcast, and more.
Is my donation to a Fund tax deductible?
Yes. Gifts made directly to a Fund at TrustBridge Global are tax deductible in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, your donations may be eligible for tax deduction.
Can I give from my personal Donor Advised Fund (DAF)?
Yes. If you already have a personal DAF through any provider, you can recommend a grant from it to any of the SWGP Funds at TrustBridge Global. Simply complete the form through the “Donate to Fund” link and then follow the instructions to provide your DAF sponsor with the Fund’s name and details, and they can process the grant on your behalf.
Can I donate different types of assets?
Yes, the Funds can receive different types of gifts including Cash via Credit Card, ACH or DAFs, Publicly Traded Securities, Crypto-Currency, and other Assets. If you have questions about different ways of giving please contact us.
Can I set up recurring donations?
Yes. You can set up recurring gifts to a Fund so that your support continues on a schedule that works for you—monthly, quarterly, or annually. Recurring gifts help provide dependable support to the causes you care about most.
Can I donate to a Fund if I live outside the United States?
Yes. Donors outside the United States can support a Fund. However, tax deductibility depends on the laws in your home country. Many donors outside the U.S. give through their own charitable vehicles (such as international DAFs or foundations), and we are happy to work with you to make the process simple.
Can I support Faith Driven ministries outside of the Funds?
Yes. If you feel called to support the work of Faith Driven Movements, you can Donate here. All donations are tax-deductible and go directly to advancing the mission of Solving the World’s Greatest Problems through collaborative, faith-fueled impact.
