Enough with the bad stories.
Art, entertainment, and media can positively shape our lives and our imaginations. And yet, many of the most popular movies, TV programs, and video games in recent years lack redemptive value.

Sadly, much of the Christian investment in the arts and entertainment has fallen short. Though Christians have a rich history of creating and investing in exceptional art, many recent forays have been cultural knock-offs, not original.

The lack of great Christian art has been mirrored by a declining emphasis on truth in the media. Bias, distrust, and untruths run rampant in the media and in those that consume it. This unvirtuous cycle exacerbates the growing divides between the right and the left.

In this vacuous moment, is there an opportunity for the Church to identify, train, and invest in a new generation of storytellers and artists?
