As a host, you receive free registration! Use the code SWGPHOST26 to receive your free registration. You have your unique registration link in your email, or you can search online here to find it as well.
Invite Your Friends!
Share your unique registration link by text, email, LinkedIn, etc. Help yourself to the resources linked below to help you get the word out! And don’t forget, invite 5 friends for free using the code JOINSWGP26.

Couldn’t make the live training? We’ve got you covered. Watch the full recording and download the training slides to get all the details and preparation you need as a host.
Now is a good time to check out your AV setup and make sure you feel comfortable with the TV or screen you’ll be operating so that you don’t miss anything. We are using the Vimeo platform and will share the link with you before the conference. If you are at a venue like a church or co-working space, they may be able to walk through this with you.
We know some streaming services are blocked in some countries (e.g., Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and China), so you may need a VPN to stream the conference. If you don’t already have VPN installed, you can download Cloudflare and set it up on your device.

8:30 am | Doors Open & Countdown Begins
Welcome your guests as they arrive. There’s no need to check them in at the door—they can register online through your unique link right on their phones if needed. We recommend starting the stream now as 30 minutes of pre-roll will run before Session 1.
8:45 am | Welcome Guests
Once your guests have arrived, welcome them with a few words before the conference content begins. You may want to share a little about what Solving the World’s Greatest Problems is for those who may be new to us, and acknowledge any people you worked with to make your Watch Party happen.

What is the cost of the conference?
The first 500 people to register will pay early bird pricing to attend, with price raises from there.
Where do I access the conference content?
The conference sessions will be available online prior to May 6th. We’ll send you the link directly, and also add it to this page when it’s ready to share.
How do I start the livestream content?
Your streaming link will include 30 minutes of countdown content. Please be prepared to start press play 30 minutes prior to when you want to “go live.” You can fast forward through the thirty minute countdown if necessary.
How do I know who has registered for my Watch Party?
You and any co-hosts that you have indicated should be receiving a weekly attendee report from Swoogo. Please check your spam or junk folder for that email. If you cannot find it, please reach out to conference@faithdrivenentrepreneur.org to request your attendee list.
What if someone shows up who has not registered?
Registration will remain open through the day of your Watch Party. You can simply have them register for your Watch Party online on their phone right at the door!
Do I need to check in my attendees?
No! All attendees will have received an email confirmation after they registered. However, there is no need for you to check in your Watch Party attendees as they arrive.
What if one of my attendees doesn't show up?
Not to worry! We will send out the conference content to all registered guests after the event. Those who missed the event can watch the content later on, and those that attended can go back to watch their favorite parts.
