Despite the rise of the #MeToo and #ChurchToo movement and increased awareness of the bias, abuse, and violence women face in the world, 9 out of 10 people remain biased against women, limiting women’s ability to flourish at home, work, and society.

This gender bias has led to 33% of women experiencing physical or sexual abuse in their lifetimes according to the World Health Organization.

These barriers remain persistent and pervasive for women navigating cultures where violence and blatant discrimination is entrenched in the legal system, For women attempting to navigate the tensions of work, family life, and careers.
