Fund CO-FOUNDERS: Blue trust

The Problem: Whether you can give $100 or $10,000, the question is the same: is your giving creating the greatest opportunity for more people to join you in eternity?

Solving the Evangelism Gap Fund: The Strategy in 3 Minutes

Sin is humanity’s greatest problem. Every culture, every nation, every person carries the weight of brokenness, rebellion, and separation from God. Sin within us drives the world’s most pressing crises causing division, despair, and moral decay.

Address spiritual lostness, and the suffering tied to society’s greatest problems—fractured families, substance abuse, human trafficking—begins to unravel.

Donors struggle to discern which organizations are most effective. There’s over 1.8 Million non profits in the US alone. Too many still guess, stock-pick, and hope for the best. But just as funds revolutionized investing in the 1980s, bringing scale, efficiency, and impact — giving is ready for the same shift.

Without shared measures of success, energy is wasted and opportunity lost. The Evangelism Fund is here to change that.

Our partners openly share data and align results for greater impact. The goal isn’t just moments of decision, but reaffirming commitment and connecting new believers into local churches or communities for growth and obedience.

Billions of people still live without a clear witness of the Gospel. In many regions, the Gospel is present but not prevalent: small groups of believers exist, yet entire communities remain unreached.

The Definition: What Is Evangelism?

While evangelism is defined in countless books and papers—all of which are needed—for the sake of finding accessibility on the other side of complexity, this community is approaching it as:

Evangelism means sharing the good news of Jesus—both in words and actions, empowered by the Holy Spirit—to invite others to follow Him.

There is a growing need to multiply and build upon what has proven effective in the past, while also supporting new initiatives that address the evolving needs of the next generation. We look for partners that help do 3 things:

  • Decision: Making a profession (in person or through a screen) that someone is trusting Jesus as Savior and Lord—receiving His forgiveness, surrendering your life to Him, and beginning to follow Him in faith and obedience.
  • Declaration: Share that decision with others (in group or personal follow-up) —so the commitment is both affirmed and reinforced.
  • Connection to Community – We’re not focused on discipleship, but we are committed to ensuring people take the next step—connecting into a local church or ongoing community for growth and obedience.

What would it look like if we brought clarity and multiplication to the world’s most important mission—ensuring everyone, everywhere, has the opportunity to hear and respond to the good news of Jesus Christ?

The Solution: Unlocking Evangelistic Potential

We’re living in a defining moment for the Gospel. Cultural familiarity with faith is fading, and skepticism is rising—yet curiosity is stirring once again.

People everywhere are searching for meaning, truth, and belonging like never before. The digital age has opened doors once closed; technology, creativity, and global connection have given the Church tools our predecessors could only dream of.

At its core, the question is this: whether you give $100 or $10,000, how can you be sure your gift is creating the greatest opportunity for more people to join you in eternity?

The Solving Evangelism Fund exists for this very moment—maximizing Gospel reach per dollar invested by identifying, funding, and elevating ministries that combine faithfulness with measurable impact.

The most transformative work often happens quietly. Ministries like OneHope have reached 1.4 billion children with Scripture-based evangelism—accountable, scalable, and rooted in the local church. Our role is to find them, fund them, and help them multiply their impact. We believe this fund can maximize impact—measured as the greatest number of people reached with the gospel per dollar invested—while inspiring other ministries to follow suit.

Our focus:

1

Equip and align ministries with data-backed and measurable strategies to reach more people efficiently.

2

Strengthen evangelism ecosystems—connecting outreach, discipleship, and local church integration.

3

Invest in sustainable evangelism efforts—equipping leaders, leveraging technology, and measuring results that transform lives and communities.

We define winning as:

1

The number of people making a clear decision to follow Jesus.

2

The number of new believers connected into discipleship or local church communities.

3

The replication of proven evangelism models that create self-sustaining Gospel movements.

The Opportunity: Turbocharging Gospel Reach

Through the strategic combination of Content, and Community and Collaborative Giving, we’re rallying the world around effective and innovative evangelism leaders and models.

We facilitate collaborative giving through donor-advised funds that deploys funds designed to maximize Gospel reach.  The fund champions evangelism with follow-through—helping people not only hear the Gospel but build a lasting walk of faith. We invest in initiatives that move people:

From conviction to decision

Choosing to follow Jesus

From belief to boldness

Declaring faith publicly

From isolation to community

Finding belonging, growth, and discipleship in the local church

Partner ministries must demonstrate measurable outcomes, share accurate data, and ensure that decisions of faith lead to lasting engagement through intentional follow-up and church connection.

Our goal is to shorten the learning curve for givers by identifying the most effective evangelistic ministries—those accelerating what God has already started and committed to both faithfulness and fruitfulness. By solving the funding model, we can free these ministries to focus on the mission itself and create incentives for efficiency, stewardship, and sustainable growth.

The Power of Building, Investing and Giving Together

The Solving
Evangelism Gap Fund

SWGP Giving Funds unite world-class portfolio management with the Faith Driven content and community you trust—transforming generosity into impact.

God calls us to radical generosity—not obligation, not guilt, but an invitation to the joy-filled adventure. When you’ve been rescued you want to rescue others, this is your moment.

You want to give. You want to find that cause to rally around. But we don’t have the time or tribe to be intentional.

Busy lives don’t leave room to analyze every investment or vet every charity. We’re overwhelmed, pulled in a hundred directions — wallets clenched, hearts tugged, minds skeptical. Deep down, we know there has to be a better way. That’s why we’re building collaborative giving funds—uniting content, community, and tools that make it possible to do more, together.

Independent Strategic Review Every 2 Years

We are committed to excellence and transparency, which is why we invite independent third-party organizations to evaluate our work. Every two years, each fund undergoes an external review that is made available to prospective donors and partners. This review outlines the fund’s theory of change, portfolio analysis, governance, operations, and grantmaking practices. It also reviews investment activity and verifies the accuracy of reporting—ensuring donors can give with confidence and clarity.

The Evangelism Fund’s first formal review will take place in 2028 and will be conducted by Calvin Edwards & Company. Calvin Edwards is a subsidiary of Blue Trust and a leading philanthropic consulting firm serving high-capacity donors who seek to give wisely.
