Only 28% of Christians are both being discipled and discipling someone else.

The Church was never meant to simply gather believers—it was meant to form them. Yet today, only 28% of Christians are actively engaged in the biblical pattern of discipleship: growing under the guidance of another believer while helping someone else grow in their faith. Nearly four in ten Christians aren’t participating in a discipleship relationship at all, and many churches struggle to move people beyond attendance toward lasting spiritual maturity.

When discipleship weakens, every part of the Church is affected. Believers are less equipped to withstand cultural pressures, apply biblical truth, lead their families, serve their communities, and invest in the next generation. A healthy Church is not measured only by how many people attend, but by how many people are being transformed into the likeness of Christ and helping others do the same.

What would it look like if every believer was equipped to grow in their faith and help others do the same?
