01:The Problem

Access is about having the Bible. Engagement is about living the Bible.

At Babel, languages divided humanity. At Pentecost, the Spirit united the Church. Through unprecedented collaboration, by 2033, every language will have some Scripture translated. But translation alone doesn’t transform lives.

For centuries, believers relied on smuggling, printing, and underground networks to distribute God’s word. Today, nearly one billion people already have Scripture in their language, yet cannot access it in a usable form.

The global Church is expanding rapidly, creating a pressing need for strategy, innovation, and collective impact in Bible access, delivery, and integration.

With translation nearly complete, the task is clear: move from access delayed to access delivered, from Bibles translated to Bibles transforming lives.

02:The Strategy
The Definition

What are Bible access and engagement?

Translation is only the first step. True access requires delivery, security, and contextual fit, and God’s word is not meant to sit on a shelf: it is meant to fill hearts and impact homes. This community is approaching the problem as:

Access is about having the Bible. Engagement is about living the Bible.

Person reading the Bible

Nearly one billion people already have Scripture in their language yet cannot access it in a usable form. Three barriers keep the Bible out of reach:

01 · Access Limitations

Geographic constraints, supply chain breakdowns, or war leave entire regions waiting for years.

02 · Poverty

Millions cannot afford a Bible, and many cannot read. Without audio, video, children’s resources, or oral storytelling, entire populations remain cut off.

03 · Government Restrictions

In some nations, owning or sharing a Bible can be life-threatening. Believers rely on trusted networks and secure innovation.

The global Church is growing fastest where Bibles are hardest to reach. The time to act is now.
The Solution

Access and engagement, together

96.5% of the world now has Scripture in a known language. By 2033, that number will reach nearly 100%. We must ensure these efforts bear fruit: that every translation is accessible to those who need it most.

In 2025, the number of churches surpassed 10 million globally, nearly 10X growth in this decade alone. The Church is expanding fastest where the Word of God is least available.

We stand at a unique point in history: access and engagement have to keep pace with translation.

The Solving Bible Access & Engagement Fund supports the organizations standing in the gap between translation and transformation.

The solution is twofold: solving Bible access and solving Bible engagement.

The solution is twofold
01

Solving Bible Access ensures individuals and churches receive Scripture in accessible formats, despite barriers like poverty, illiteracy, government restrictions, or geography.

02

Solving Bible Engagement helps people read, listen, study, share, and live the Word. Scripture moves from page to discipleship.

A unique point in history
01

Unprecedented Bible availability: 96.5% of the world now has Scripture in a known language, reaching nearly 100% by 2033.

02

Unprecedented church growth: more than 10 million churches globally, expanding fastest where the Word of God is least available.

05:The Team
The Power of Building, Investing and Giving Together

The Solving Bible Access & Engagement Fund

SWGP Giving Funds unite world-class portfolio management with the Faith Driven content and community you trust, transforming generosity into impact.

God calls us to radical generosity: not obligation, not guilt, but an invitation to the joy-filled adventure. When you’ve been rescued you want to rescue others, this is your moment.

You want to give. You want to find that cause to rally around. But we don’t have the time or tribe to be intentional.

Busy lives don’t leave room to analyze every investment or vet every charity. We’re overwhelmed, pulled in a hundred directions: wallets clenched, hearts tugged, minds skeptical. Deep down, we know there has to be a better way. That’s why we’re building collaborative giving funds, uniting content, community, and tools that make it possible to do more, together.

Independent Strategic Review: Every 2 Years

We are committed to excellence and transparency, which is why we engage independent third-party organizations, including Calvin Edwards & Company, All Access International, and Brightlight Impact, to evaluate our work. Every two years, each fund undergoes an external review made available to prospective donors and partners. This review outlines the fund’s theory of change, portfolio analysis, governance, operations, and grantmaking practices. It also reviews investment activity and verifies the accuracy of reporting, ensuring donors can give with confidence and clarity.
