SOLVING

The Faith–Work
Divide

Equipping and Unleashing
this Generation’s Problem Solver.

What could happen if every faith driven entrepreneur viewed their business not simply as a career, but as one of God’s primary vehicles for advancing His Kingdom and human flourishing?

Colossians 3:23–24

Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.

Feature Story: The 2000-Year History of Faith Driven Entrepreneurship | SWGP Through History

Entrepreneurs are among the most trusted voices in society, yet millions of Christian entrepreneurs have never been equipped to steward that influence for God’s Kingdom and human flourishing.

Entrepreneurs shape the future every day. They create jobs, develop innovations, solve complex problems, and influence the lives of employees, customers, investors, and communities around the world.

Yet too often, faith and work remain divided.

Millions of Christian entrepreneurs faithfully serve in their churches, but few have been equipped to see their businesses as a calling to advance God’s Kingdom. Many pursue success without fully recognizing the unique opportunity God has entrusted to them—to lead with biblical values, create workplaces where people flourish, and use their influence to reflect Christ.

At the same time, culture is increasingly looking to business leaders for answers. Small business owners are among the most trusted voices in society, creating a generational opportunity for entrepreneurs to model integrity, hope, and servant leadership. But without intentional discipleship, authentic community, and a compelling vision for their work, that influence is often left untapped.

The challenge is not a shortage of entrepreneurs. It is a shortage of entrepreneurs who have been equipped to integrate their faith with their work and steward their businesses for lasting Kingdom impact
